Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number depending on how many items you purchased on our website.

 

3) How long does shipping take?

Shipping may take anywhere between 5-7 working days, depending on your location.

 

4) When will my order ship if some items contain a pre-order item?

The order will ship when the pre-order item arrives. All of your items will arrive all at the same time.

 

5) Who delivers my item(s)?

Your items are delivered by your local postal service in your location.

Tavola Boards Refund and Return Policy

At Tavola Boards, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed to be straightforward and customer friendly.

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, with all tags attached, and without any signs of use.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note, sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

2. Exchanges

 

  • Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are welcome provided items are returned unworn and with all original tags attached. To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and desired exchange item(s).

 

3. Refunds

 

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 working days of return receipt, depending on your original payment method. Please reach out if your refund has not been received after 14 days.

 

4. Comprehensive Return Conditions

 

  • Return Request Window: We accept return requests within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all parts and tags.

  • Exceptions: Promotional or sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for an exchange, subject to approval.

  • Shipping Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Incorrectly addressed orders must be returned to us before a refund is processed.

  • Address Changes and Order Modifications: Address changes or order modifications are subject to approval and must be made before order completion or within 2 hours of purchase.

  • Reshipment: Reshipped items must be sent to the original order address and cannot be changed to a new address, item design, or brand.

 

5. Freight Damage

If a boards arrives with a visible damage, it is recommend to refuse delivery requiring the carrier to return the package to Tavola Boards.
